Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: December 2024

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the SingaporeVisa.org.sg website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SingaporeVisa.org.sg (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the Website, including but not limited to browsers, applicants, and any other users who access or use the service. The Website is operated by SingaporeVisa.org.sg, and these terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our service.

2. Service Description

SingaporeVisa.org.sg provides an online platform to assist travelers with completing and submitting Singapore Arrival Card (SG Arrival Card) applications. Our service includes:

  • Online application form completion assistance for SG Arrival Card submissions required by Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA)
  • Document upload and secure storage facilities for passport copies and photographs
  • Application review and verification services to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Submission processing and confirmation delivery via email
  • Information and guidance regarding Singapore visa requirements and entry regulations
  • Customer support and assistance throughout the application process

It is important to understand that we are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Government of Singapore, Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA), or any other governmental agency. We provide application assistance services for a fee and do not guarantee entry to Singapore or approval of any visa applications.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to and are responsible for the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all fields of the application form. Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in application rejection, entry denial at Singapore immigration, or legal consequences.
  • Valid Documentation: You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of entry to Singapore and that all uploaded documents are clear, legible, and authentic.
  • Timely Submission: You can submit your application anytime before your travel date, even well in advance. Our service will process your SG Arrival Card at the appropriate time for your intended arrival. Early application is encouraged and gives you peace of mind.
  • Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore and your country of origin. You understand that submitting false information to immigration authorities is a serious offense.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent applications, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.

4. Fees and Payment

Our service charges a processing fee for each SG Arrival Card application. The fee is clearly displayed on the Website before you proceed with payment. Current fees are available on our application page and are charged per traveler for group applications. The processing fee covers:

  • Application form completion and verification assistance
  • Secure document upload and storage services
  • Application processing and submission services
  • Email confirmation and customer support
  • Platform maintenance and security measures

Payment must be made in full at the time of application submission. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway. All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Processing fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

⚠️ Important: SGAC Application Fees Are Non-Refundable

The Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) application processing fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of travel plans, cancellation of trip, entry denial by immigration authorities, incorrect information provided, or any other reason. Once payment is processed and your application is submitted, the fees cannot be refunded. Please ensure all your travel details are correct before proceeding with payment.

5. No Guarantee of Entry

It is crucial to understand that an approved SG Arrival Card submission does NOT guarantee entry into Singapore. The final decision on whether to grant entry to Singapore rests entirely with Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoints Authority and immigration officers at the point of entry. Entry may be denied for various reasons including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient passport validity or visa requirements not met
  • Lack of return ticket or proof of onward travel
  • Insufficient funds for the intended stay
  • Previous immigration violations or criminal history
  • Security concerns or suspicion of intent to violate immigration laws
  • Failure to meet health or customs requirements
  • Any other reason deemed appropriate by immigration authorities

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from entry denial, including lost travel expenses, accommodation bookings, or any other costs. Our service is limited to assisting with the completion and submission of the SG Arrival Card application form.

6. Processing Time and Delivery

We aim to process all SG Arrival Card applications within 24-48 hours of receiving your complete application and payment. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual processing time may vary based on application volume, completeness of submitted information, and other factors beyond our control. During peak travel seasons or holidays, processing may take longer.

Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided in your application. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is accurate and that you check your email regularly, including spam or junk folders. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, email service provider issues, or spam filters.

7. Modifications and Cancellations

Once an application has been submitted and payment has been processed, modifications may be limited or not possible. If you need to make changes to your application:

  • For minor corrections (such as accommodation address or contact information), contact us immediately at sg@visa.org.sg with your application reference number.
  • For major errors (such as passport number, name, or date of birth), you may need to submit a new application with correct information.
  • If your travel plans change significantly, you may need to submit a new application for the new travel dates.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to sg@visa.org.sg with your application reference number. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and depend on the processing stage of your application.
